I have spent over a decade selling on Amazon US. Not consulting on it. Selling on it. That means marketplace logistics, FBA operations, listing strategy, and pricing decisions made with real money on the line. The knowledge is operational, not theoretical.

Alongside Amazon, I built and operated storefronts on Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce. The most significant milestone was a campaign built and launched on BigCommerce that generated $500,000 in revenue in three weeks. Built from scratch. Operated start to finish.

Multi-channel ecommerce is not a consulting framework for me. It is how I have run operations for over ten years.

Most of that work has been US-market focused. The United States is the largest consumer ecommerce market in the world and it scales like it. The opportunity set is different in depth, in buyer behavior data, and in the maturity of the AI commerce infrastructure being built around it. Canadian market experience is real: Amazon Canada, Walmart Canada, Stripe Canada. I cover it specifically where it adds distinct value, but the US market is where the scale is.

Why an Independent AI Ecommerce Consultant Sees This Differently

Every major platform merchants use has shipped AI agent commerce features in the past year. Stripe released its Agentic Commerce Suite. Google launched AI Mode with agentic shopping capabilities. OpenAI integrated shopping. The infrastructure for AI agents to browse, evaluate, and complete purchases on behalf of shoppers is live now, on the platforms your store runs on. Agentic checkout is not a future state.

The problem is not a lack of information. The problem is the kind of information available. Vendor content is accurate on their own platform but written to drive adoption of their product. Trade press covers announcements for a business and investor audience, not for operators who need to decide what to do next week. Developer documentation is detailed but written for engineers, not for the merchant managing a real business.

The gap is an independent AI ecommerce consultant writing from actual operations: someone who has run the same stack the audience is running, who is not selling a platform migration or a retainer contract, and who covers the space from the merchant's side of the table.

How I Work

I operate as an independent AI ecommerce consultant, not as an agency. There is no team, no retainer model, no managed service relationship.

Engagements are outcome-specific: an AI commerce readiness assessment, an n8n workflow build, a Merchant Center feed audit. Each has a defined scope and a defined deliverable. The work ends when the deliverable is complete, not when the billing cycle does.

The recommendations I make to clients are the same recommendations I apply to my own operations. I do not advise on tools I have not built with or platforms I have not operated on.

Platform coverage: Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce for storefronts. Amazon US, Amazon Canada, Walmart, and Walmart Canada for marketplace channels. No platform migration pitch.
